Program Timeline:
The schedule below indicates the time you will be required to be live online. Please note, you will need to be online for 8 hours each day during the dedicated class time. To get the best learning experience and to attain your certification, 100% program attendance is required. Please advise us before your program commences if you need time away from the program, and we will work with you to reschedule your date
Day 1 - Day 3:
- 5:30 am – 2:30 pm Australian Western Standard Time
- 7:00 am – 3:30pm Australian Central Standard Time (NT)
- 7:30 am – 4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (QLD)
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Australian Central Daylight Time
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time
- 10:30 am – 7:00 pm New Zealand Daylight Time
Virtual Instructor-Led Training via Zoom
Prosci hosted virtual instructor-led programs will be delivered using Zoom. Zoom is a web-hosted online training service. It is an online classroom and desktop sharing software that enables your Executive Instructor to present their screen to participants via the Internet in real time. In addition, there are tools for polling, sharing materials and collaboration to learn from one another.
Your Physical Space
If you are working from an office or from home, find a location that will allow you to focus with minimal distractions – somewhere you can hear and be heard. Shut down all other applications like email and work applications and remove any distractions to create the best learning environment possible. Your Executive Instructor knows it can be difficult to stay focused and will provide timed breaks and multiple opportunities for you to engage. Get your physical space ready ahead of time so you can focus on learning and applying your new knowledge and skills.
Cancellation and Transferring
If cancellation/transferring notice is received after payment for training is received the program fee is non-refundable and can be transferred to a subsequent session ($620 change fee) within a year.
If cancellation/transferring notice is received 14 calendar days or less before the program start date, the program fee is non-refundable, and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session, with a 50% invoice issued and paid before confirmation of your new date. Your new program date must fall within eight (8) weeks of your original session. No further program moves will be allowed.
If cancellation/transferring notice is received while on the program, the program fee is non-refundable, and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session, with a 50% invoice issued and paid before confirmation of your new date. Your new program date must fall within two (2) weeks of your original session. No further program moves will be allowed.
All cancellation or transfer requests must be sent to Prosci electronically at register_anz@prosci.com.
Prosci reserves the right to alter, change or cancel your program date with limited notice.
Attendance Policy for Illness or Mandatory Isolation
In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled session due to illness or mandatory isolation restrictions, Prosci requires a medical certificate issued by your Medical Practitioner. Please promptly email a copy of the certificate to register_anz@prosci.com. Following receipt of your medical certificate, you must reschedule to a new session within 14 days of your Medical Practitioner stating you can attend. Please be advised that no further transfers will be permitted beyond this timeframe.
You will be subject to the Cancellation and Transfer policy if you cannot provide medical proof for your non-attendance.
If you are attending the same program with one or more colleagues and working on the same project (which we encourage), you can receive a program fee discount.
Each person on the team will receive a $500 discount.
You can apply this discount one of two ways:
1. If registering at the same time: The discount will automatically be applied to your total price during checkout.
2. If registering separately: The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a discount code to give to each colleague to use during checkout to receive $500 of their individual program fee.
